Return and Cancellation Policy

 

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, simply contact us at (855) 933-4949 (9am to 5pm EST Monday through Friday) within 30 days of receiving your product to obtain an authorization number for a return or exchange. Without an authorization number, we will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges.

Upon receiving your Return Authorization Number, you must immediately make arrangements to ship the items you wish to return or exchange back to Top Notch Fitness, Inc.

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, even if the item that was purchased was listed “free shipping”. Of course, if the wrong item was received or if the item is damaged or defective, there will be no cost to our customers for returns or replacements.

Refunds will be processed upon receipt and review of returned items. All returns must be clearly marked with the Return Authorization number and must be shipped back in like-new condition in the original boxes to be accepted. Any alternation or damage to the item(s) may void your refund.

 

 

Order Cancellations

Any order cancellations or modifications must be made with a Top Notch Fitness, Inc. customer service representative by phone within one business day of placing the order by calling (855) 933-4949, 9am – 5pm EST. Cancellations or Modifications cannot be accepted or confirmed by email. Any shipping charges on orders cancelled after they have shipped is the responsibility of the customer.
